Description: The artist comments on this design :"Each spring, the flock is gathered to be shorn of their heavy winter coats. The tufts and curls of the sheep’s wool fascinated me and this small linocut print in two colors is the result. I thought that it would be a one-color print initially but the second color came into the picture as the weeks of careful carving took shape".
