Ushio Takahashi was born in Fukuoka prefecture in 1944. The artist has exhibited regularly in solo and group exhibitions in Japan since 1980. He is a member of Shunyokai Art Association. The artist works in mezzotint and in etching techniques. Art prints by Ushio Takahashi are in the collections of several Japanese and Korean museums.
