Description: A magnificent image from the Artists acclaimed South Seas Series rarely seen;only 150 impressions were printed out of a single edition of 350.Prominent gauffrage on the dress, with overprintings in silver, gray, mustard and pink. Silver metallic on leaf veins and in dress. Richard Miles says because Jacoulet had only one printer in residence in 1951, only half the edition was ever printed of this Polynesian beauty. Note the alluring innocent expression, with a soft blush on her cheeks

Condition: excellent color state and impression. Margins were once folded, now professionally flattened.
