Description: This woodblock print was produced from an original painting on silk dating from the 1920's. This design, a favorite of the Artist was the 2nd in his series of 100 Flower and Bird Series.

Condition: good, with toning and mat-line at margins and verso. Skillfully executed "bokashi" shading; light embossing to feathers and flowers; gold metallic flecks to sky area; highly detailed carving.
