Description: The fishermen, surrounded by an oval of decorative bands, appear to listen attentively as Christ, with raised finger and firm gaze, addresses them. Below the men, a white fish in the water; below Christ, a symbolic black fish. The bright red and patterns of black and white stand out on the yellow ground, which, though slightly faded, in no manner detracts from the beauty of the image.
