Description: Lovely portrait of a smiling young beauty dressed in a blue and white patterned kimono. She looks over her shoulder with an expression of delight, her open lips revealing tiny, even white teeth. Her hair is arranged with a pouf above the forehead, the rest swept back into a large bun adorned with tie-dyed cloth, a comb, and decorative hairpins accented with metallic silver. Incredibly fine detail in the delicate hairline and soft pink shading around the eyes. The inset above shows a couple relaxing near an old "dragon plum" tree dotted with white blossoms, bundled up against the cool weather of early spring. A gorgeous Chikanobu image.
